How is this different from group antenatal classes?
Group classes — from NCT or otherwise — serve a real purpose, and many families love them. But they follow a fixed schedule, a set format, and are designed to work for everyone in the room at once.
What I offer is simply different. Every session is structured entirely around you — your pregnancy, your questions, your pace. There's no keeping up with a group, no feeling like you've asked too much, and no watching the clock because fifteen other people are waiting. Just one-to-one time and space that is fully, unconditionally yours.
I've been where
you are.
I know what it feels like to face birth with fear. I had an unplanned caesarean after a traumatic first birth — and then, second time around, a calm, quick vaginal birth using the exact hypnobirthing techniques I now teach.
I'm not here to tell you how it should go. I'm here to make sure that whatever happens, you feel informed, supported and ready — and that you know you matter throughout the whole experience, not just when baby arrives.

All courses are subject to a non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to confirm your place on your chosen course.
The balance of the course fee must be paid in full at or before the first session of the course. Course fees are non refundable except under exceptional circumstances.
